This website, shop.montefina.com.br, is operated by Montefina, a Brazilian brand. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Montefina. The store is powered by Shopify. By visiting the site, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and sizes

Montefina garments are designed in Brazil and labeled with Brazilian sizes. Each product page shows the international size followed by the Brazilian label size (XS = PP, S = P, M = M, L = G, XL = GG) and lists the measurements of the garment itself, in centimeters and inches. Please check the Size Guide before placing your order.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct errors in descriptions, prices or availability and to cancel orders affected by such errors; if an order is cancelled after payment, the amount paid will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping is charged separately and calculated at checkout. Prices do not include import duties and taxes charged by the destination country.

Payment is processed at checkout through the payment providers available on the site. Approved refunds are issued through PayPal.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Brazil by Correios, the Brazilian postal service, at a flat rate per order based on the delivery country. Delivery times are estimates provided by Correios, in business days after the order is posted in Brazil. Rates and delivery times are listed on our Shipping & Duties page.

Import duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or in the shipping cost, and are the customer's responsibility, paid on delivery. Import rules and amounts vary by country; we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Returns, exchanges and defective items

You may request an exchange or a return within 7 calendar days from the delivery date; the item must be unused and have its original tags attached. If your item has a manufacturing defect, you have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us. Full conditions, including return shipping costs, are in our Refund Policy.

Accuracy of information

We may update the information on the site at any time without prior notice.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
