Returns and exchanges
You may request an exchange or a return within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
To be accepted, the item must be unused and have its original tags attached.

Defective items
If your item has a manufacturing defect, you have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued through PayPal.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the item is defective or when we shipped the wrong item.

Import duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
